This is to replace old Panasonic chair. The packaging was strong and well delivered. If you want this chair in a bedroom, for example, check your door size. It goes through 36″ wide doors on its own wheels. If your door is 30″ wide, it needs to be laid on its side to go through. Depending on the space you have to move around, lowering the back (to make the chair straighter) while it is on its side (watch the cords and remote) will make it easier to go through the door.
The chair is comfortable and quiet (I have read some reviews that this chair was noisy. They must have got defective chair or they are too sensitive to what they consider is a noise.) All modes of massage on the remote work. There were more expensive chairs that were considered, but my parents did not need multi user memory and other extra comforts. It works well as delivered. It is also very heavy and the delivery is by 1 guy only to curve or short distance into the garage. Who knows, maybe you can negotiate for help. You will have to get at least another strong guy to take this upstairs.

I love, love, love this chair!!!! No furniture in my apartment makes me feel great like this chair. I have a huge back problem and spent so much money for spa. This chair will save so much $. I hate to say but this chair is so much better than my husband because this chair does not get tired so keep massaging me. I like Swedish mode, Shiatsu is a bit strong for me, but my husband likes Shiatsu mode. You won’t regret getting this chair.
